We’re inviting talented individuals who have an interest in FinTech and web3 to join Cypher. The candidate should have some background in software engineering & product design.

This background can come from either personal studies/projects, academia, or professional work. Together, we'll work together to build an application that will move the needle forward in DeFi.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop & test Smart Contract protocals


• Design the blockchain architecture and core protocals


• Help push the product out to a beta trial of customers


• Create company standards for future devs


• Stay up to date with changes in the blockchain community

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience


• Experience in Solidity, Python, & C++, Rust


• Participated in open source projects (can include your own)


• Ability to solve complex problems


• Previous experience in desigining complex architectures


• Basic understanding of cryptography
