Job Description

You will be joining a team of experienced developers to help us research, understand, and integrate new blockchains into the platform, expanding the range of assets we can offer to clients. You will gain a broad understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, as well as getting hands on by diving into the low-level details of specific blockchains. You will work closely with the core platform development team to ensure the system can correctly process deposits, withdrawals, and other - more exotic - transactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Researching, designing and building blockchain components which enable roll out of larger commercial solutions.


• Understanding, documenting and analysing client requirements from business and functional standpoints.


• Translate customer needs into functional code and innovative solutions based on blockchain.


• Support client and project team through implementation and testing phases.


• Act as internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to colleagues and clients in relation to Blockchain tools and frameworks, concepts etc.


• Keep up to date with latest developments in blockchain technology.


• Maintaining and upgrading systems.


• Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues and customers across different functional areas.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of blockchain technologies.


• Ability to absorb and clearly explain complex concept.


• Familiarity with Python.


• Some experience with Java, or similar OO language.


• Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.


• Ability to work well in a small team.


• Strong software development background.


• Experience working with large codebases.


• Experience working with open-source projects.


• Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Java.


• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures.


• Familiarity with basic cryptography.


• Familiarity with P2P networks.


• Strong knowledge of bitcoin and ethereum like blockchains.


• Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code.
