Job Description

As a Blockchain Support Engineer, you will be in charge of the technical issues qualification, follow-up and resolution in collaboration with the Customer Success and Engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Customer Support, Engineering, and Product. Maintain excellent communication.


• Handle and resolve technical issues.


• Act as an advocate for Customer Support during the triage and resolution of high severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction


• Become an expert on a customer’s implementation by understanding their top business goals and priorities.


• Help Customer Support achieves its business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers’ ongoing usage of the platform.


• Identify key industry business process areas for opportunity to use our platform.


• Advocate for innovation and early adoption of platform capabilities through customized release reviews.


• Provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specific to customers’ business needs.


• Play a key role in Product and Technical Red Account management and resolution.


• Provide proactive communication in the event of service degradation or disruption.


• Identify and collaborate with internal teams to ameliorate renewal risks for both license and success plan subscriptions.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies. Some form or coding experience in an agile team is a plus.


• Thorough familiarity with coding, and knowledge of at least one scripting language (TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Go, Python…).


• Knowledge about database systems, and fluent SQL (PostgreSQL).


• Impeccable written and spoken English


• Dealing with complex business models with high on-chain transaction volumes.


• Comfortable in dealing with IT systems that support end-to-end business processes across the customers’ value chain.


• Large-scale implementation experience with complex solutions environments.


• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.


• Aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.


• Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Product, Support), business applications and automation.
