Job Description

Build and manage back office applications for a Israel based fin-tech start up in the Alternative Investments field. We are a fast growing player in the AIF ecosystem in partnership with global financial organizations. We are looking for talent to enrich our product development team to build our organizational goals in becoming a choice provider of fin-tech services in this field.

Job Responsibilities

•  develop, test and deploy multiple instances of web applications


•  manage bug fixes and change requests and deploy as per sprint goals.


• communicate with daily operations team to support with any fixes based on severity


• work with the business team in planning and implementation of new features or changes


• Report to the CTO directly

Nice to Have: - Fin-Tech background - though not necessary we can train talent on the business/domain - Ability to use tools like figma / freeflow / design tools to quickly showcase ideas and brainstorm.

Job Requirements

Must have Skills: Experience: At least 4 years of continuous development experience.

Communication Skills:

• - Proficient English - communicate comfortably via zoom/phone/email with customers / stake holders and also share documentation updates.


• - Our clients/stakeholders are based around the world and it is a must to be able to communicate efficiently with them and help understand their needs and also share our feedback and queries.

Technical: -

• Sound knowledge of modern web application frameworks(MVC architecture) -


• Fundamentally strong in full stack web (HTML, JS, CSS & any of the JS frameworks - ReactAngular, Vue)


• - Worked with Nodejs for backend / API


• - Worked on Dart/Flutter - implementation on web/mobile - able to debug and fix issues on existing code base of enterprise application


• - Worked with Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Functions, Hosting, Extensions)


• - NoSQL CRUD, Data Modelling & Structuring


• - Worked on GCP - at least the following: [Cloud Build/Run/Deploy, IDP, Workflows, pub/sub, scheduling, compute engine]


• Basic knowledge of using VMs & scripting /commands in UNIX for basic tasks


• - Basic analytics and reporting knowledge (BigQuery, Looker, BI) Good To Have: - If GCP knowledge is not very strong - at least worked with any other cloud services like AWS/Azure


• - but similar services as above - Knowledge of integrating with third party applications -


• like DocuSign, Zoho or any SaaS provided tools with a web app.


• - Experience with SQL Dbs like Postgres, MySQL


• - Product Mindset over developer mindset - be able to think of product development and improvement over just completing developer tasks.


• - Comfortable with CRMs/Project/Bug tracking tools like Zoho / JIIRA / Asana.


• - Worked with remote teams and able to work independently.


• - Good documentation skills


• - for building knowledge base of the company's technical assets.
