Job Responsibilities

• Own Trans-Fi’s crypto stack. Own the architecture and implementation from day one.


• Build hot wallets to handle Ethereum key generation and outbound transfers to customers.


• Work with Product Managers to come up with the best solutions and implementation plans


• Write fully tested, high quality and performance code.


• Learn about alternative solutions on multiple new L1 blockchains like Avalanche and Solana.


• Work with Ethereum L2 solutions like Polygon (Matic) and zkSync.


• Lead estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations.


• Coach and developer other software engineers.


• Champion the writing of high quality code.


• Define our overall approach and standards within the Engineering discipline.


• Work cross functionally across squads with designers, engineers and testers

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience of coding in Solidity and / or Rust.


• You have built and deployed Web3 apps


• You have extensive engineering experience at leading startups or fast growing tech companies focusing on the full stack.


• You are confident in developing, releasing and maintaining server applications in a fast paced, iterative environment.


• You have either had experience with Solidity, Ethereum and Bitcoin or are confident you can cross train and up skill quickly.


• You’ve got a deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, theories, principles and best practices.


• Bonus points if you make open-source contributions or have experience in Blockchain or FinTech.
